Job summary

Carbliss is seeking a Market Manager in Miami, FL to lead the assigned market through field sales, distributor management and strategic market initiatives. You will build relationships with key accounts, drive distribution, and collaborate with distributor teams to grow brand presence and sales.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in beverage distributor management, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel regularly in the market.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of distributor management experience within the beverage alcohol industry is required.
• Strong understanding of distributor relationships, sales practices and market dynamics.
• Proven experience building and maintaining relationships with distributors, customers and market partners.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with ability to identify opportunities and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the assigned market through field sales, account development, distributor management and market strategy.
• Spend ~60% of time in the field building relationships, growing accounts, opening new business and market initiatives.
• Manage distributor relationships and performance; primary contact for distributor partners.
• Collaborate with distributor sales teams to drive distribution, placements and brand growth.
• Plan and execute product samplings, events and activations to drive awareness and sales.
