Job summary

Carbliss is seeking a Market Manager to drive growth in Southwest Wisconsin. The role focuses on securing and expanding distribution, managing key accounts, and implementing pre-planned territory activities to hit monthly quotas.

Occasional travel and flexible hours are expected in a fast-paced beverage environment. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of sales experience, a valid driver's license, and a solid understanding of liquor retail.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales experience in related field preferred
• Valid driver's license, insurance and clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of liquor industry and its retail consumers is preferred

Responsibilities

• Secure and expand distribution in assigned account base
• Maintain weekly pre-plan for assigned territory
• Develop and maintain relationships with accounts and partners
• Plan and execute product samplings (Minimum 2 per week)
• Oversee compliance with federal, state and company regulations
