Job summary

Pittston Co-Packers in Miami seeks a Field Sales Manager to own in-store execution, distributor support, and outlet development across South Florida. This on-site role partners with distributors to ensure optimal shelf presence, pricing, and sell-through, while driving route-to-market success.

You will lead effort on store visits, compliance, and activation programs, collaborating with retailers and internal teams to maximize growth in the Miami market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of beverage or field sales experience.
• Ability to operate independently with disciplined reporting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute store visits against approved route plans and target outlet lists.
• Drive in-store compliance, shelf placement, cold placement, display execution, pricing compliance, and POS placement.
• Support distributor pull-through so new placements convert into repeat orders and visible sell-through.
• Open, reactivate, and defend target independent and chain accounts where Eastroc has route and account support.
• Document competitor activity, pricing, availability, account issues, and market feedback in the required reporting system.
• Support demos, blitzes, distributor ride-withs, and local activations with field marketing and broader sales leadership.
