Qualifications

• Must have retail, banking, or sales exposure.
• Experience leading teams or supervising staff is preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate an exceptional guest experience by coaching the Branch Ambassador team.
• Lead through behavioral coaching, empowering and inspiring staff.
• Bring Capital One brand to life by maintaining a pristine, welcoming space and aligning with values.
• Own the market mindset with franchise-like ownership over 1–3 branches and continuous improvement.
• Guide de-escalation and problem-solving, building independent, capable ambassadors.
• Embrace digital innovation; coach teams to help customers use mobile/online banking and adopt new tools.
• Drive community impact by coordinating volunteer activities and partnerships.
