Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3–6 months related cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days.
• Ability to complete Culinary Academy within 12 months.
• Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to interact with guests and team members professionally.
• Ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to intermediate food preparation and cooking duties, including washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring ingredients for use; prepare salads and cold foods; fry, stock, and batch cook.
• Assemble, garnish, and finalize presentation of completed dishes.
• Use and clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils safely (ovens, grills, fryers, broilers, knives).
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment with Stewards.
• Learn to perform more advanced kitchen duties and assist culinary team members.
• Assist in storing and rotating inventories as needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
• Work at other kitchens/venues as assigned per business needs.
• Comply with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
