Qualifications

• Must have intermediate cooking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; six months related experience required.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days.
• Ability to complete Culinary Academy within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate food preparation and cooking duties (breaded, marinated ingredients, desserts, appetizers, hot foods).
• Prepare menu items using griddle, flat top, fry, and tempura methods.
• Clean and safely use ovens, grills, fryers, broilers, knives, and other equipment.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment with Stewards.
• Learn to perform skilled kitchen and cooking duties and assist other culinary team members.
• Assist in storing and rotating inventories as needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
• Work at other kitchens/venues as assigned based on business needs.
• Comply with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
