Job summary

Victaulic, a PA-based global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, seeks a Sales & Market Enablement Analyst. You will drive market sizing, account mapping, and data-driven deliverables for Sales, BD, and leadership, while supporting product opportunity sizing and market research to inform development decisions.

You will collaborate with Market Research, Sales, Product Development, and the AI/Analytics team.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in competitive intelligence, market research, strategy consulting, or similar analytics role.
Proven experience producing competitive analyses, market assessments, or strategic research.
Strong ability to work independently on multiple projects with tight timelines.
Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct market sizing and TAM analysis for sales regions, accounts, and verticals.
Pull data and create deliverables for Sales, BD, and leadership stakeholders.
Lead account mapping to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics for decision-making.
Create data visualizations including charts, diagrams, and heat maps.
Respond to ad hoc leadership requests with actionable insights.
Define market boundaries, segmentation, and taxonomy for verticals across geographies.
Build bottom-up and top-down market sizing models.
Identify data sources and document assumptions and methodology.
