Job summary

Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, seeks a Sales & Market Enablement Analyst to drive market sizing, account mapping, and data-driven deliverables for Sales, BD, and leadership. You’ll collaborate with Market Research, Sales, and Product Development to inform strategy and go-to-market decisions.

You’ll build bottom-up and top-down market sizing models, identify data sources, and deliver actionable insights under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in competitive intelligence, market research, strategy consulting, or related analytical role.
• Demonstrated experience producing competitive analyses, market assessments, or strategic research.
• Track record of working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Expert-level secondary research skills, with ability to synthesize large volumes into clear insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with experience creating executive-level deliverables.
• Proficiency with intelligence platforms, CRM systems, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Market sizing and TAM analysis for sales regions, accounts, and verticals.
• Lead account mapping to quantify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics for leadership.
• Create data visualizations (charts, diagrams, heat maps).
• Respond to ad hoc requests from leadership and stakeholders.
