Victaulic Company is seeking a Jr. Sales Analyst to support sales and pricing analytics, with a strong focus on data collection, modeling, and reporting. The role supports ERP implementation and collaborates across Sales, Finance, and IT to translate data into actionable insights.

The position requires ERP familiarity, SQL, and BI tools, plus the ability to learn processes quickly and work with diverse teams to optimize sales workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, BIS, CS, or IT.
• Advanced Excel with formulas, pivots, charts, and VBA.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and BI tools (QlikSense/Tableau/Power BI).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Enhance knowledge of Victaulic's industry, customers, and products through interaction with Sales, Customer Care, Finance and IT.
• Lead the management and optimization of core systems, ensuring efficiency and security.
• Support ERP, Salesforce, SharePoint, QlikSense, and related systems to align with objectives.
• Refine information systems to support key functions across the organization.
• Develop and maintain centralized system documentation for configurations and dependencies.
• Conduct data quality audits to achieve high data accuracy and train users.
• Participate in Sales reporting, system, and process re-engineering efforts.
• Identify and resolve problems or gaps in sales reporting systems.
• Conduct research and pricing analysis and monitor the ongoing business environment.
• Design and implement complex modeling tools to improve sales and pricing analytics.
• Perform ad-hoc profitability analyses for products and initiatives.
• Participate in projects to improve analytics and reporting efficiency.
• Perform other duties to support sales operation processes.
