Victaulic is seeking a Sales & Market Enablement Analyst to support strategic intelligence initiatives across Sales and Business Development, with additional support on New Product Development. You will drive market sizing, account mapping, and data-driven deliverables while collaborating with Market Research, Sales, Product Development, and the AI/Analytics team.

The role requires expert secondary research, strong communication, and proficiency with BI and CRM tools.

Competenze

3-5+ years in competitive intelligence, market research, strategy consulting, or a related analytical role.
Demonstrated experience producing competitive analyses, market assessments, or strategic research.
Track record of working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Expert-level secondary research skills, with the ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear insights.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating executive-level deliverables.
Proficiency with intelligence platforms and data visualization tools.

Mansioni

Conduct market sizing and TAM analysis for sales regions, accounts, and vertical markets.
Lead account mapping efforts to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and inform decisions.
Create data visualizations, including charts, diagrams, and mapping heat maps.
Support New Product Development with market sizing and source validation.
