Qualifications

• Minimum three years of field sales experience.
• 5+ years industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of sales and operations of assigned branches to maximize growth and return on assets.
• Reports to the Regional General Manager and assigns markets as needed.
• Review branch performance and guide staff to improve profitability.
• Coordinate budgeting and manage market operating costs for profitability.
• Foster teamwork and talent development across locations.
• Visit locations monthly to align with core values and mission.
• Recruit and develop talent to maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
