TAL Building Centers is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to assist the branch manager in achieving objectives, drive sales, profits, and customer satisfaction across our Montana Dillon location. You will lead a motivated team and ensure operations run smoothly to support long-term growth.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and collaboration with sales, merchandising and safety programs while upholding company policies and delivering exceptional customer

Formación

• Capacity to manage teams and drive process improvements.
• Great customer service aptitude.
• Not afraid to dive in and take a proactive approach to learning when in new environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist branch manager in achieving branch objectives, including sales and profits.
• Schedule staff to ensure top-level customer service.
• Support branch sales, marketing and merchandising programs.
• Monitor inventory and expenses; assist with budget needs.
• May supervis(e) yard/warehouse operations as needed.
• Assist with inventory control and expense management.
• Support budget preparation and annual reporting.
