TAL Building Centers is seeking a Branch Sales & Operations Leader for the Pacific Northwest. The role directs sales and operations across assigned branches, drives market growth, and oversees profitability while aligning staff with core values.

Based in our Vancouver, WA area and reporting to the Regional GM, you’ll manage budgeting, performance reviews, and talent development, visiting locations regularly to ensure excellence and a strong culture.

Qualifications

• At least three years of field sales experience.
• 5 plus years industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.

Responsabilités

• Directs all phases of sales and operations of assigned branches to maximize growth and assets.
• Coordinate budgeting process to provide information for branch and market planning.
• Oversee all aspects of market operational costs to ensure profitability.
• Visit locations at least monthly to review performance and guide staff.
• Develop/source talent development programs and recruit outside talent as needed to ensure a full talent pipeline.
• Encourage teamwork for market growth and efficiency.
• Consult with staff on management reports to evaluate operations.
