Pacific Supply is seeking Branch Manager Candidates with strong leadership to guide operations at a Western US distribution center. You will oversee sales, yard operations and office functions while driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements include 3+ years of management with financial responsibility and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years previous management experience that includes financial responsibility and an understanding of a basic income statement.
• Strong supervisory skills and the ability to develop others.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Assumes complete accountability for profit and loss within the distribution center.
• Coordinates and directs branch operations by directly supervising sales, yard operations and office functions.
• Evaluates opportunities for improvements and expanded services to enhance customer impact.
