Job summary

Bank of Marin seeks an experienced Market Manager to grow and retain business in the Sonoma County Market. You will lead efforts to exceed deposit growth targets, call on larger business clients, and expand relationships with key decision makers.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in banking, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven ability to identify prospects, plan pre-call strategies, and align products to client needs. The role is part of the Business Development team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 7–10 years banking experience preferred with emphasis on relationship banking.
Strong ability to identify prospects, plan calls, and build trust with decision makers.
Knowledge of deposit and lending products and matching them to client needs.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed budget targets for deposit growth and new business.
Develop and nurture relationships with larger business clients and Centers of Influence.
Coordinate bank services with product specialists and branch managers.
Lead community involvement to promote goodwill and generate new business.
Partner with internal teams to maximize client relationships.
