Job summary

FFB Bank is seeking a Market Manager to drive growth and performance in an assigned market through business development, client relationships, and leadership of Relationship Managers. Reporting to the Regional Banking Head, you will implement the market business plan, monitor KPIs, and ensure disciplined execution in line with credit standards and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with credit, product partners, and community networks to expand full banking relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial banking, commercial lending, relationship management, or leadership experience.
• Proven ability to generate new commercial banking relationships and achieve production goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners and Centers of Influence.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Owns overall market performance including loan growth, deposit growth, non-interest fee income, profitability, client acquisition, relationship expansion, and other market goals.
• Develops and executes an annual market business plan with growth priorities and pipeline expectations.
• Leads Relationship Managers and coaches team to improve capabilities and results.
• Builds and maintains a strong network of business owners and Centers of Influence.
• Ensures adherence to credit standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Promotes TRAC values and professional conduct in daily operations.
