Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of customer service and business development experience in financial services.
• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Preferred 2+ years commercial banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial, Private, and Retail Banking teams, including marketing, operations, and personnel activities.
• Drive market-level strategies aligned with growth, profitability, and performance objectives.
• Expand the customer base by building a strong business development process and deepening client relationships.
• Grow fee-based revenue through brokerage, trust, and investment referrals.
• Represent Associated Bank in key business, civic, and charitable organizations to strengthen community presence.
• Develop high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, performance management, and compensation administration.
