Job summary

FFB Bank seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive merchant services sales across assigned markets. You will prospect new leads, partner with bank colleagues, and develop tailored financial solutions for clients. The role emphasizes relationship-building, cross-selling, and end-to-end sales execution.

Travel up to 75% is expected, with base compensation plus performance incentives. Strong collaboration with lenders and branch teams is essential to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance)
• 3–5 years of related banking/financial services experience required
• Demonstrated ability to cross-sell and explain all products/services with confidence
• Knowledge of commercial banking products and regulatory compliance required
• Proactive in prospecting, networking, and relationship management to drive sales

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and meetings
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive long-term business
• Manage pipeline using CRM systems and track activity
• Develop and manage a portfolio of client relationships and financial solutions
• Lead full sales lifecycle: prospecting, proposal design, negotiation, closing, funding
• Deliver proposals and RFP responses addressing client challenges
