Responsibilities

Establish vision and direction for the assigned market segment and drive its growth within the Carbon-rich Products Platform.
Develop segment strategy with execution plans, pipeline targets, channel strategy, and customer engagement.
Lead value chain engagement and influence decision makers on CPC solutions.
Maintain competitor profiles and update Value in Use analyses.
Guide cross-functional teams to plan and complete new market development projects.
