Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in restoration, construction, or property services with senior management experience.
• Proven ownership of a P&L or business unit budget with accountability for revenue and margins.
• Experience overseeing restoration/mitigation and construction/reconstruction operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for the market — revenue, gross margin, COGS, overhead, and net operating income.
• Build and manage the annual operating budget and rolling forecasts; explain variances and drive action plans.
• Monitor job costing, labor and material spend, subcontractor costs, and margin by service line and by job.
• Manage working capital: accounts receivable, collections, WIP, and billings; ensure timely close-outs.
• Approve purchases, subcontractor agreements, change orders, and capital requests within authority.
• Analyze financial and production reports and present performance updates and improvement plans to leadership.
• Oversee operations across water, fire, contents, and reconstruction; ensure safety and standards.
