Job summary

SERVPRO Team Shaw is hiring a Construction Project Manager in Grapevine, TX. This role oversees day-to-day reconstruction projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, adherence to scope and budget, and high customer service standards.

You will lead project teams and act as liaison among leadership, customers, and trade partners. The position emphasizes leadership, scheduling, cost management, and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in construction or reconstruction project management.
• 2+ years in an operations, senior project management, or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, estimating, and contract administration.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all active reconstruction projects to ensure compliance with approved scopes of work, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and accountability for Project Managers and/or Reconstruction Managers.
• Ensure every project is managed with a detailed, approved project schedule and monitored for adherence.
• Monitor project progress, resolve escalated issues, and remove obstacles impacting production.
• Track operational KPIs including schedule adherence, gross margin, customer satisfaction, and subcontractor performance.
