Job summary

SERVPRO Team Shaw is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to coordinate restoration and reconstruction projects for commercial clients. You will manage client files, ensure clear communications, and drive project progress from initiation through completion.

The role requires strong organization, customer service excellence, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. On-site work with growth opportunities across divisions is offered.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or customer service.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial clients, providing clear and timely communication throughout the restoration or reconstruction process.
• Manage customer files and documentation to ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance with company standards.
• Keep clients informed on project progress, timelines, and any changes, ensuring a transparent and positive experience.
• Collaborate with operations, production, and reconstruction teams to align project execution with client expectations.
• Proactively address and resolve client questions or concerns, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and trust.
• Track and report project milestones, progress updates, and completion status in CRM systems.
• Assist in preparing proposals, project reports, and documentation as needed.
• Identify process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
