TalentWoo, Inc. is seeking a Market General Manager in Phoenix to own end-to-end market operations. You will drive revenue, profitability, and customer experience while leading sales and installation teams.

The role offers substantial autonomy to grow the market, manage budgets, and partner with local retailers. The ideal candidate has extensive general management experience in home improvement or related services, a proven P&L track record, and the ability to develop leaders within a winning

Formación

5+ years of general management or multi-unit leadership in home improvement/remodeling
Proven P&L ownership and profitable growth track record
Experience leading commission-based sales teams and field/installation ops
Strong financial acumen and KPI-driven management
Proven ability to build teams and develop leaders
Experience in kitchen/bath remodeling or home services is a plus

Responsabilidades

Own market P&L, including revenue, gross margin, expenses, and EBITDA
Lead sales and installation operations to achieve growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Drive sales performance, conversion rates, productivity, and operational efficiency
Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing sales and operations teams
Manage budgets, forecasts, staffing, and KPIs
Ensure installation quality, on-time delivery, and exceptional customer experience
Build relationships with strategic retail and local market partners
