Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a General Manager for the Phoenix, AZ branch to drive monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets across Sales, Installation, and Customer Service. You will own the branch P&L, optimize operations, and lead an installation team focused on rapid, high-quality remodels.

Responsibilities include developing the branch business plan, monitoring key metrics, ensuring safety and compliance, and delivering a 5-star customer experience while growing revenue and profitability.

• Industry knowledge and a proven track record of success in the Construction and Home Improvement industry
• Strong leadership with a focus on team success and employee engagement

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the branch business plan aligned with company objectives.
• Own branch P&L, revenue, profitability, gross margin, and operating expenses.
• Lead sales systems and performance to drive branch growth.
• Monitor KPIs, quality, productivity, and customer service.
• Build and support a high-performing installation team focused on one-day installations and minimal service needs.
