Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead a Phoenix-area branch. You will own the branch P&L, set sales strategies, manage operations, and ensure seamless customer experiences for bathroom, flooring, windows, and doors remodels.

In this role, you will build a high-performing team, optimize inventory and field operations, and drive one-day installations while maintaining compliance and safety standards across all activities.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge and a proven track record of success in the Construction and Home Improvement industry
• Ability to analyze multiple data points to develop strategies and meet promises to customers
• Relentless focus on customer service
• Strong leadership with emphasis on team success and employee engagement
• Must have a valid smartphone to log into required systems and two-factor authentication
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Own branch P&L, revenue, profitability, gross margin, and operating expenses.
• Set and achieve quarterly net sales targets and lead sales systems.
• Optimize inventory, resources, fleet, facilities, and processes; monitor KPIs and customer service.
• Build and support a high-performing installation team focused on one-day installations and minimal service needs.
• Champion a 5-star customer experience across all branch operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, permitting, DOT, HR, and safety standards.
