SUNVEK Roofing, based in Phoenix, is seeking a General Manager to lead and scale an established business across Phoenix and Tucson. This hands-on operator will take full P&L ownership, drive disciplined growth, and build a high-performance team while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You will work with senior leadership to tighten operations, manage budgets, and implement processes that sustain long-term profitability.

• Proven experience owning and running a P&L.
• Ability to build, motivate, and lead high-performing teams.
• Solid financial acumen and comfort operating from KPIs.
• Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full profit and loss of the business.
• Drive consistent, profitable growth through disciplined execution.
• Build and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting.
• Make data-driven decisions related to pricing, labor, materials, and operating expenses.
• Set expectations and drive continued success of an established leadership team.
• Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales organization in partnership with the sales leader.
• Improve conversion rates, close rates, and average job size.
• Partner closely with marketing to maximize lead quality and speed to lead.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and grow across the Phoenix and Tucson markets.
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong leaders and frontline team members.
• Build a performance-driven, people-oriented culture rooted in accountability and trust.
• Coach and develop managers across sales, production, and back office.
• Lead from the front with a roll-up-your-sleeves operating style.
• Implement, document, and enforce clear standard operating procedures.
• Drive consistency, quality, safety, and efficiency across the business.
• Ensure tight coordination between sales, production, and office teams.
• Maintain a disciplined scheduling, procurement, and customer experience machine.
• Retain strong operational discipline, systems usage, and reporting.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience from first contact through project completion.
• Maintain a 4.9+ Google rating with a steady flow of consistent customer reviews.
