Key Responsibilities

• Own market P&L, including revenue, gross margin, expenses, and EBITDA.
• Lead sales and installation operations to achieve growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Drive sales performance, conversion rates, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing sales and operations teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, staffing, and key performance metrics.
• Ensure installation quality, on-time delivery, and an exceptional customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with strategic retail and local market partners.

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of general management or multi-unit leadership experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, in-home sales, or related consumer services.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and profitable business growth.
• Experience leading both commission-based sales teams and field operations or installation teams.
• Strong financial acumen, operational discipline, and KPI-driven management approach.
• Demonstrated ability to build teams, develop leaders, and drive accountability.
• Experience in kitchen/bath remodeling, home services, or retail-partnered businesses is a plus.
