Bank of America is seeking a Market Center Manager to support a cluster of financial centers in designated markets, stepping in as a back-up leader and driving a client-centric, risk-aware culture. This role emphasizes collaboration, inclusion, and a strong partnership with market leaders, with travel to financial centers as needed.

You will coach teams, manage client traffic, oversee performance, and lead market initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and a world-class client

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a work team.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals.
• Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed to promote customer satisfaction.
• Strong financial and business acumen including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability.
• Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage others in dialogue and build relationships.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work weekends and travel to any financial center within the market.
