Bank of America is seeking a leadership-focused professional to support a cluster of financial centers. You will act as a back-up market leader, drive client retention, and foster an excellent client experience through strong management routines and coaching.

The role requires balancing risk with profitability, and delivering results while leading others. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with weekend hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training and/or motivating a work team.
• Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed to promote customer satisfaction.
• Strong financial and business acumen including experience in leading managers and interpreting financial reports to drive profitability.
• Proven record of balancing risk and making sound decisions while achieving business goals.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills.
