Responsibilities

• Supports mission and strategic objectives set by the President and CEO and Board; manages resources toward goals.
• Develops annual operating plans and budgets; allocates resources and directs day-to-day activities.
• Interacts with Board on strategic decisions; ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supervises management personnel; conducts performance reviews and organizes workloads.
• Leads business development and customer relationships; represents company to communities and stakeholders.
• Provides periodic reports to the Board and executive leadership.
