Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct, administer, and operate a group or assigned territory of banking centers.
• Manage banking center managers to meet objectives and profitability.
• Participate in activities to generate new business via sales calls and events.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide support to employees through positive interactions and liaison.
• Engage in marketing endeavors and continuous professional training.
• Adapt through cross-training opportunities offered by the Bank.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
