Responsibilities

• Communicates and implements the bank’s strategic plan and procedures.
• Supports and assists in planning and expanding for the financial success of the market(s).
• Identifies and contacts current and prospective customers about products and services (loans, deposits, treasury management).
• Solicits and maintains new agricultural, commercial and business banking relationships within the market area.
