Job summary

State Bank is seeking a seasoned Consumer Banking Leader to drive growth across retail and private client segments, aligning sales initiatives with regional objectives. You will oversee banking centers, coach leadership, and partner with Digital and CRM teams to deliver superior client experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in consumer banking leadership, strong CRM and sales strategy skills, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration to meet annual growth goals.

Qualifications

Seven (7) years of proven leadership in consumer banking and sales leadership roles.
Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills.
Knowledge of current financial products and services, banking regulations, and client onboarding.

Responsibilities

Lead identification, integration and optimization of innovative sales initiatives in consumer banking.
Oversee performance of consumer banking staff including Retail Banking Centers and Private Client production.
Develop and achieve annual regional goals aligned with operating plans.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
