Responsibilities

• Support the mission of SB Financial Group, Inc. and the State Bank and Trust Company, aligning with board and regulatory expectations.
• Participate with the Board in establishing strategic organization and profit plans; coordinate development of short/long-term goals.
• Direct day-to-day activities through management and supervisory personnel to achieve board-approved objectives and budgets.
• Provide periodic reports to the Board and other governance groups as required.
