Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Market Director to lead operational excellence across a multi-location restaurant region in the United States. You will drive guest satisfaction, standards, and profitability while guiding market leadership teams in daily operations and long‑term strategic planning.

As part of the Operations Leadership Team, you will ensure execution of strategic initiatives, foster high performance, and support talent development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management in a high-growth environment.
• Proven leadership developing, coaching, and retaining high‑performing teams.
• Strong financial acumen with market-level P&L experience.
• Excellent communication, organization and decision-making under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote Wonder’s mission and values as a cultural ambassador.
• Lead and develop Senior Operations Leaders across multiple locations.
• Ensure flawless ops execution by visiting sites and coaching leadership.
• Monitor financial performance and drive profitability through data tools.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of leadership talent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on market growth opportunities.
• Lead new restaurant openings through recruitment, training, and setup.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, labor laws, and regulations.
