Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience in the CPG business.
• Minimum of 3 years of consumer product sales and sales management experience.
• Computer literacy with Word, Excel at advanced level, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes.

Responsibilities

• Wholesaler Management: direct a group of wholesalers and implement training.
• Sales Planning: develop plans for national priorities and annual meetings with wholesalers.
• Trimester Planning: develop trimester plans and distribution goals.
• Pricing: identify pricing opportunities and communicate changes to wholesalers.
• CTF Budgets: develop investment strategy and annual business plan.
• New Products: execute new product rollout plans with key accounts.
• Volume Driving Initiatives: identify performance gaps and actions.
• Supply Chain: ensure inventory levels and address aging inventory issues.
