Constellation Brands is seeking a Market Development Manager in Arlington, VA to drive sales performance by managing wholesalers, executing the retail vision, and coordinating with area leadership to deliver annual volume and distribution goals.

The role requires strong sales management, analytical skills, and the ability to travel up to 30% of time, with experience in the consumer packaged goods sector and proficiency in Cognos, Retail Vision, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience in the CPG business.
• Minimum of 3 years of consumer product sales and sales management experience.
• Computer literacy with Word, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint and email programs such as IBM Lotus Notes.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 30% of working time (15% for Emerging Distributor MDM).

Responsabilités

• Direct and manage Wholesalers to execute Constellation’s Retail Vision and standards.
• Plan and review annual sales objectives including volume and distribution.
• Develop Trimester and ABP plans with area leadership to activate national priorities.
• Monitor pricing, CTF budgets, and market opportunities to grow Constellation share.
• Ensure supply chain alignment with wholesalers and manage inventory movement.
