Job summary

Network Connex is seeking a dynamic business development professional to drive market activation and expansion across strategic geographies. You will partner with sales, operations, and leadership to translate strategies into actionable customer engagement and opportunities, while building strong relationships with customers and partners.

You will identify logo and expansion opportunities, develop territory plans, and coordinate cross-functionally to accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Requires strong relationship-building and prospecting capabilities.
• Experience opening new markets or building pipeline in new geographies.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own market activation plans for assigned target geographies.
• Build relationships with target customers, general contractors, developers, and partners.
• Identify and pursue logo and expansion opportunities in markets.
• Develop territory-specific pursuit strategies with Sales leadership.
• Translate market strategy into actionable customer engagement and opportunity development.
• Support early-stage opportunity shaping, qualification, and competitive positioning.
• Coordinate with Operations and leadership to align opportunities with delivery readiness.
• Provide regular updates on market pipeline and competitive movement.
• Help accelerate revenue growth and market penetration in geographies.
