Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company seeks a professional to support independent agents by developing and implementing business and marketing plans, while managing agency territories and fostering strong agent relationships.

The role includes training agents, planning marketing programs with the Marketing VP, and driving growth through strategic development and strong communication. Significant travel may be required to support field activities and ensure profitable outcomes.

Qualificações

• Experience in budgeting and developing business/marketing plans.
• Ability to adapt to a changing competitive environment.
• Strong problem-solving and initiative.
• Reliable, self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication with customers and agents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned agency territory in a state or across multiple states, with up to 75% travel.
• Develop and maintain professional agency relationships.
• Train agents on company products and procedures.
• Provide daily feedback on agent meetings.
• Gather information on competitors' initiatives and strategies.
• Expand business by understanding changing needs and making recommendations.
• Assist Marketing VP in planning marketing, training, and strategic programs for independent contractors.
• Assist agents with market and business strategy development to increase profitability.
• Monitor and report monthly production goals.
• Maintain reliable attendance to ensure agents receive quality service.
• Adhere to policies and procedures in the employee handbook.
