You will train agents on products, gather competitive insights, and collaborate with Marketing leadership to drive profitability and growth. A reliable, self-motivated communicator ready to work in a dynamic environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of budget planning and developing business and marketing strategies.
• Ability to adapt to a changing competitive environment.
• Experience in handling conflict situations with professionalism.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and dependable.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication with customers, agents, and internal sources.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other software.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned agency territory, up to 75% travel.
• Develop and maintain professional agency relationships.
• Train existing and new agents on company products and procedures.
• Provide daily feedback on agent meetings.
• Gather information on competitors' initiatives and strategies.
• Expand current business by understanding changing needs and making recommendations.
• Plan overall marketing, training and strategic programs with the Marketing VP.
• Assist agents with development of market and business strategies to increase profitability.
• Monitor and report monthly production goals.
• Maintain reliable attendance to ensure quality service.
• Adhere to policies and procedures of the employee handbook.
