Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree; 5 years of B2B sales experience may substitute for the educational requirement.
• Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in building supply/m millwork.
• Strong computer skills and professional communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develops new business and markets decking and railing solutions to meet sales and profit goals.
• Establishes business plans, quotas, and actionable accounts; travels for relationship building.
• Trains and guides sales teams; coordinates with vendors to ensure pricing and availability.
