Campbell Soup Company is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive IDP engagement and grow market share across routes. You will build trusted relationships with retailers, plan distribution, merchandising, and promotions while coordinating inventories and logistics.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in sales/CPG, strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, plus proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint. Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours is expected.

Formación

• Must have 3+ years of related sales or CPG experience, or 2+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing, leadership, problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Independent Distributor Partner (IDP) Engagement: Build collaborative relationships with IDPs to support customer service and identify sales growth opportunities.
• Retail Development: Deliver weekly, period, and quarterly sales plans and grow market share; identify opportunities and share insights with IDPs.
• Business Fundamentals: Use data to identify retailer needs, performance trends, and growth opportunities; communicate with IDPs and internal partners.
