AT&T is seeking a lead Market Development professional in Dallas to drive budget planning, vendor management, and market execution. The role focuses on optimizing marketing investments, managing vendor relationships, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reporting.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Retail Operations to ensure strategic alignment and measurable growth in local markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience managing complex budgets and financial reporting.
• Experience with vendor management, invoice processing, procurement, or contract administration.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 tools (SQL, Python, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Budget Management & Financial Stewardship: Manage and oversee local marketing investments with forecasts, spend tracking, and reporting.
• Vendor & Invoice Management: Oversee end-to-end invoice process and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance.
• Market Support & Execution: Support marketing initiatives, events, and reporting for local markets.
• Performance Analysis & Strategic Optimization: Track KPIs and provide investment-optimizing recommendations.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Advise Market Development leaders on budgets and cross-functional collaboration.
