Lowe’s Markets seeks a Market Delivery Manager to optimize home delivery operations. You will coordinate between XDT, 3PL delivery, BDCs, and Lowe’s stores to ensure customer satisfaction and process quality. This role requires leading teams, reviewing performance, and driving continuous improvement across the delivery network.

The position emphasizes collaboration with store operations, field delivery management, and supply chain partners to deliver reliable home delivery experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Supply Chain or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Or high school diploma and 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in delivery operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a Market-based ASA team supporting delivery operations, including performance monitoring, inbound call monitoring, customer service escalations, issue identification and continuous improvement.
• Analyzes variances and creates corrective actions.
• Prepares action plans, resolves problems, completes audits and identifies trends.
• Leads others to deliver business results in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Home Delivery Operations and processes.
• Serves as market leader of the XDT Network with 3PL providers and Lowe’s distribution nodes and store operations.
• Identifies capability gaps and coaches with 3rd party delivery operator leadership to address gaps.
• Communicates delivery successes and opportunities with Retail Selling stores to improve delivery experiences.
• Maintains dialogue with 3PL vendor partners to address and resolve claims and complaints.
• Reviews market-level productivity and quality metrics and uses this to drive improvements at the market level.
