Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Market Delivery Assistant Manager - XDT to ensure delivery customer satisfaction in a defined market for products from Lowe’s Retail Stores or Lowe’s Online.

The role coordinates among the XDT, 3PL delivery, BDcs, and Lowe's stores to implement solutions that support successful home delivery operations and acts as a customer advocate. The position requires overseeing an ASA team, supervising employment decisions, and partnering with 3PL vendors to address

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field and at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience analyzing variances in financial statements and plans and driving corrective actions.
• Ability to lead others, deliver results and coach associates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a market-based ASA team supporting final mile delivery operations, including performance monitoring, call monitoring, escalations, issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Maintains knowledge of home delivery operations and processes to drive customer satisfaction.
• Conducts performance reviews, coaching, and development of associates; makes employment decisions as needed.
• Keeps open dialogue with 3PL vendor partners to address claims and complaints related to customer delivery experiences.
• Manages day-to-day operations of the Market Team including financial and administrative responsibilities.
