Responsibilities

• Provide temporary coverage for store roles within the assigned market, including Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Step into stores experiencing absenteeism, staffing shortages, or spikes in workload.
• Maintain stable store operations and leadership during coverage assignments.
• Support sales execution, inventory management, and daily store operations.
• Travel between stores within the market as directed by the Market Director of Stores.
• Coach and mentor store teams to uphold standards and best practices.
