Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Dallas is seeking a Market Manager to lead part-time Brand Ambassadors, recruit, train, and drive activation programs across multiple markets. You will hire, train, and motivate the BA team to meet client activation goals and build strong client relationships.

The role requires oversight of interviewing, scheduling, reporting, and ensuring completion of deliverables while maintaining a safe, compliant work environment and delivering measurable program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2-4 years of experience; alcohol/beverage industry preferred.
• Experience working in an agency, retail, CPG or CE environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of Brand Ambassador team including recruitment, training, weekly event execution, and reporting.
• Ensures Brand Ambassadors are properly equipped with merchandise and materials needed to execute sampling events.
• Regularly travel in market for BA development, activation audits and performance reviews.
• Overall performance management of Brand Ambassadors providing direction, guidance, and support where necessary.
• Develop employees for career advancement and succession planning.
