Fingerpaint Group’s Fingerpaint Market Access (Blackpoint) seeks a Consulting Manager to lead client delivery across engagements, define operational excellence, and translate complex formulary and rebate contracts into auditable rules for executive stakeholders.

You will manage a team of 3–5 consultants, collaborate with product and engineering on automation and QA frameworks, and ensure accurate invoicing and dispute resolution within a high-growth environment.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Market Access, PBM, or rebate/formulary operations.
• Ability to interpret complex contract language and translate it to system-level rules.
• Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
• Strong multi-client project management and executive-level communication.
• Consulting mindset with hypothesis-driven problem solving and stakeholder facilitation.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day client delivery across multiple engagements and present to leadership.
• Translate contractual/formulary language into precise, testable validation rules.
• Direct operational intake of formularies and maintain audit trails and SOPs.
• Lead rebate validation and support invoicing, disputes, and true-ups with clients.
• Guide automation adoption with Product/Engineering and manage a 3–5 person team.
