Fingerpaint Market Access (Blackpoint) is hiring a Consulting Manager to lead client delivery for a best-in-class formulary validation service line. You will own day-to-day operations, guide analysts, and partner with product/engineering on automation and QA frameworks to turn complex data into auditable executive-ready insights.

In this role, you will translate formulary and contract language into precise rules, manage client engagements, and scale a flagship product by combining rebate

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on Market Access, PBM, or formulary operations experience.
• Ability to interpret complex contract language and translate to testable rules.
• Proficient Excel; SQL or Python for data manipulation is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client engagements, manage scope, milestones and findings.
• Translate contractual and formulary language into precise validation rules.
• Direct the Payer/PBM formulary operations and QA for audit trails.
• Lead rebate validation and coordination with invoicing and dispute cycles.
• Guide automation initiatives with product/engineering and mentor a 3–5 person team.
