Job summary

Fingerpaint Market Access (Blackpoint) is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead client delivery, own day-to-day operations, and guide analysts. You will partner with product and engineering on automation and QA frameworks, bringing deep knowledge of payer formularies, rebate operations, and contract interpretation.

You will own client delivery, define operational excellence, and contribute to scaling a flagship product with a focus on auditable data and executive-facing insights.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on Market Access, PBM, or formulary operations experience.
• Ability to interpret complex contract language and map to system rules.
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL or Python knowledge is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client engagements and present final findings to leadership.
• Translate contractual/formulary language into precise validation rules with cross-team alignment.
• Direct operational intake and tracking of payer/PBM formularies and changes.
• Guide audit trails, SOPs, and regulatory compliance across engagements.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering on automation and mentor a 3–5 person team.
